Look up any of 165 million US parcels by location or parcel ID: owner, property and mailing address, acreage, values, last sale and the boundary as GeoJSON. Data is refreshed weekly from county records.

API plan: $29/month, includes 5,000 records, then 3¢ per record.

Investor plan: includes 5,000 records a month.

Send your key as a bearer token. Each parcel returned counts as one record.

Errors: 401 bad key · 402 no API access · 404 no parcel · 429 monthly limit (Investor). County labels are lowercase names without spaces or punctuation (e.g. palopinto).

Owners who asked to be withheld are returned as "Owner withheld on request". Not a consumer report: no credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions. See the Terms.
